Director of Strategic Partnerships

Manage a strategy to market Flont.club fine jewelry memberships to large organizations with many women employees, who frequently interact with sophisticated clients.

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will create and execute a plan to market the Flont.club fine jewelry membership as a perk or sales incentive to Key Accounts: companies with many women employees, who frequently interact with sophisticated clients. Key accounts are large and complex in nature and large in revenue. These include Financial Advisory Firms (Wealth Management), Management Consulting Companies, Law Firms, Insurance Companies, Ad and PR agencies, Luxury Hotel Chains, and Real Estate Brokerages. Another target segment are business-women organizations, and luxury direct sales organizations offering cosmetics or apparel, which might offer the Flont.club membership to their representatives, or offer the membership to clients.

Requirements

  • The Director of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for key accounts throughout the USA, and occasional travel for presentations and support is required.
  • 5 years of executive-level selling to one or more of the key account types: large Financial Advisory Firms, Management Consulting Firms, Law Firms, Insurance Companies, Ad and PR agencies, Luxury Hotel Chains, or Real Estate Brokerages.
  • College Degree or higher.
  • Demonstrated success developing accounts with $50,000 or more in sales per year. Experience, or at minimum a strong interest in jewelry or fashion is valuable.
  • Job Type: Part-time

Fashion/Tech Marketing Intern, 2-3 days per week

Be directly involved in a wide variety of digital marketing initiatives, website front end design and product catalog management projects. Prepare weekly reports from Google Analytics and AdWords, develop and deliver recommendations for weekly ad spend. Research and recommend social media and blogger affiliates, and other strategies. Design and develop responsive web pages on a Magento CMS platform. Add new products to the catalog, and edit/implement the images and SEO meta data. Be open to a wide variety of tasks and demands. We are growing fast, and you will learn and be involved in lots of interesting areas of a growing fashion tech startup.

Qualifications:

  • Junior or Senior in a marketing or technology related major.
  • Available at least 2 days a week.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Good Photoshop skills (Mac)

Fashion Intern, 2-3 days per week

Reporting to Brooke Magnaghi, Creative Director, and former accessories and jewelry director of W Magazine, you will schedule, coordinate, and execute regular fashion (jewelry on-body) photo shoots, including sourcing talent, model castings, studio and location scouting and preparation, photography support and fashion market work. Edit and post images and commentary on social media including Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook. Link to site products and track Likes/Follows. Plan, prepare and support events at a variety of New York City locations, adapting the Flont presentation to the venue and audience. Be open to a wide variety of tasks and demands. We are growing fast, and you will learn and be involved in lots of interesting areas of a growing fashion tech startup.

Qualifications:

  • Junior or Senior in a Fashion related major
  • Available at least 2 days a week
  • Excellent social media skills
  • Good Photoshop, and computer skills (Mac)
